• We must receive your returned merchandise within 7-days of the date you received your package for you to be eligible for a full refund
• Any returned merchandise received within 14 days of the original receipt will be issued a web credit/gift card which will be sent via email.
• No returns can be accepted after our 14 days return policy.
• All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return & exchange form.
• If you placed an order and an item is out of stock we will refund you and continue to process the order. Whether it's a matching set, or a few of the same items (for matching your kids).
• If your return exceeds our $250 return limit per order number, you will be charged a $2 restocking fee per item.
• Items purchased on SALE are consider FINAL SALE and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
• Merchandise purchased with a discount code are consider final sale.
• We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If you choose to ship your order to a hotel and fail to provide a room number, we cannot guarantee delivery. Any lost or misplaced packages due to missing room details will be the customer's responsibility.

United States

We offer shipping within the United States at a flat rate of $8 per order, with free shipping available on orders over $99. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days and shipped within 5 to 7 business days, while sale orders may require 5 to 7 business days for processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are calculated automatically at checkout.

International Orders

We offer shipping to many countries; however, please be aware that all international shipments must pass through customs, and any duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges or credits for items shipped outside of the United States. International delivery times may vary, typically ranging from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.
