Return & Exchange Policy
Return
- We must receive your returned merchandise within 7-days of the date you received your package for you to be eligible for a full refund
- Any returned merchandise received within 14 days of the original receipt will be issued a web credit/gift card which will be sent via email.
- No returns can be accepted after our 14 days return policy.
- All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return & exchange form.
- If you placed an order and an item is out of stock we will refund you and continue to process the order. Whether it's a matching set, or a few of the same items (for matching your kids).
- If your return exceeds our $250 return limit per order number, you will be charged a $2 restocking fee per item.
- Items purchased on SALE are consider FINAL SALE and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Merchandise purchased with a discount code are consider final sale.
- We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid return labels. If you would like to create a return, please do so at your own expense.

If you are unable to find the order on the return portal, simply fill out our “Return & Exchange Form” and return it with your merchandise and original receipt RETURN FORM

- Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon arrival of the items to our warehouse. We will send you an email when your return has been processed.
- Your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. The process typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the bank.
- Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
If you are concerned about the arrival time of your return, we recommend using priority or express shipping.
Yes, you may return your online order to one of our store locations. Please note that returns made in-store will be eligible for store credit only.
- Returns will only be accepted with either digital or physical receipt/invoice.
- Stores will accept NON-SALE items only!
- Stores will accept returns within seven business days of package’s delivery date.
- Stores will accept Junees and Junees Jr items only if purchased from the Junees.com website.
- All returns accepted by store locations will be strictly store credited only.
- No returns will be accepted in stores on Fridays or Sundays.
- If you would like a refund or a web credit you will need to return the items back to the warehouse.
- Items purchased with a discount code are considered FINAL SALE and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Final Sale items include marked down items or any items purchased from the sale tab.
- We do NOT accept in store purchases to our warehouse. To return an in store purchase please contact a store rep.
- Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise received has not been worn, washed, or altered from its original form in any way.
- Shells are considered FINAL SALE and are therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
- International orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. As we will not be responsible for any duties or taxes on foreign orders.
- Accessories are FINAL SALE
- Ground and Home delivery shipping will be available for orders with quantities over 20+ items. Which will be delivered within 5-7 Business days timeframe within the USA.
- First class mail shipping will be available for orders with quantities under 5 items. Which will be delivered within a 2-5 Business days timeframe within the USA.
- Priority Mail shipping will be available for regular orders with quantities ranging from 5-20+ items. Which will be delivered within 5-7 Business days timeframe within the USA.
Discounted Items
- Orders will be shipped out within 2 to 5 days from the day you placed the order.
- If you want to cancel the order, you are able to cancel it within 30 minutes of placing the order. However, if the order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order.
- After an order is placed we are unable to make changes to the order (add items, change the size of an item, remove an item, etc.)
- We are unable to combine orders for shipping.
- If you placed an order and an item is out of stock we will refund you and continue to process the order. Whether it's a matching set, or a few of the same items (for matching your kids).
- If you forget to enter the discount code and your order has been fulfilled we are unable to refund you the difference.
- We do not offer price match or any adjustment to your order.
- All items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned for a refund or a web credit.

In-store Pickup Policy
Orders placed with the “Store Pickup” option will be available for pickup at the store selected during checkout.
After an order is placed, if the order has not yet been fulfilled and you would like to change the in-store pickup location, please contact us at orders@junees.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Customers will be notified via email when their order is ready for pickup.
Orders will be held at the selected store for 2 weeks starting from the day the pickup notification is sent.
If the order is not picked up within the 2-week period, the order will be canceled, and a web credit will be issued for the full amount.
No in-store refunds will be provided.
Returns will only be eligible for store credit as per our return policy.
