Can orders be picked up?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse neither at one of our stores.


Can I use my store credit to place an order online?

A store credit can only be used to place orders in store. However, you can transfer your store credit to web credit by reaching out to the store to get the amount of store credit. Then reach out to our customer service and they will further assist you.


Can I use my web credit to place an order as the store?

A web credit can only be used to place orders online. However, you can transfer your web credit to store credit by visiting one of our stores and showing a rep a picture/email of the gift card balance and they will be able make the transfer.


Can I edit my order after it was placed?

After an order is placed we can no longer make any changes to the order, as the system does not allow us.


Can I change the shipping address?

The shipping address can only be change if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order was fulfilled we can no longer change the shipping address.


Can I change the belling address?

No, the billing address cannot be changed. As the system does not allow us.


Received a defective item. What can I do?

If you unfortunately receive a defective item in your package, please contact our customer service immediately with a photo of the item and order number for further assistance.


Items are missing from my order. What can I do?

Get in touch with us indicating the order number and the name of the product. We are always ready to help.


Received an incorrect item. What can I do?

If you have received an incorrect item or order, contact us immediately. Indicate the order number, the name of the product, as well as a picture of what you have received and the tag.


I forgot to add the discount code. Can I still add it?

We are unable to add the discount code after an order is placed.


My order has been cancelled. What happens now?

If the money has been charged to your account even though the order was cancelled, this amount will be automatically returned to your account in 2-7 business days, depending on your bank.


How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation number at the conclusion of the order process. After your order is processed you will also receive an email confirmation.


How do I know if my order was shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email confirmation which will include your tracking number.

How long does it takes for the order to arrive?

Orders will generally be processed within 2-5 days and will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.

Sale orders will be processed within 5 to 7 businesses days.


What happens if I only receive one part of a set?

When a set is ordered we try our hardest to fulfill both items. Although, there can be cases when only the top or only the skirt is available. In that case you will be refunded for the out-of-stock half of the set. 

Once you have been refunded please email us at orders@junees.com to place your replacement order for the matching half with the shipping fee on us!



Why was my order partially refunded?

In some cases items become out of stock. When this happens you will receive an email with the items that have been refunded and the rest of the order will be fulfilled.

When orders are placed with multiple sizes/styles/or colors please keep in mind that we are trying our hardest to fulfill your order and may need to refund certain items that are unattainable.


Sale items

Sale items are known to sell out quickly and are, therefore, subject to being refunded while simultaneously being shipped out.



How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting out customer service, order@junees.com

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of your purchase. There will be no refunds of shipping and handling charges for orders cancelled after 30 minutes.

If the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.


International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. 

Please note; since orders must go through customs, we are not responsible for any duties and fees. We do not exchange, or credit items shipped out of the USA.


What is the shipping fee for international order?

 The shipping price will be determined at checkout 


How long does it take for international orders to arrive?

 It can take from 7-14 business days to arrive due to the shipping carriers.


What carrier do you use to ship international orders?

 International orders are shipped via FedEx priority/Economy Mail.


Can international orders be returned?

 International orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. As we will not be responsible for any duties or taxes on foreign orders.



Why has my payment failed?

There are many reasons payment errors can occur and several steps you can take to resolve potential issues;

  1. Please review your personal credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly.
  2. Try a different credit card or payment method.
  3. If problems persist please contact your bank, as it is possible your account lacks insufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons.
